Profi Auto Service

Szeretem a precíz szervezést és azt, hogy korrekten, előre megmondják, hogy kb. mennyi időre lesz szükségük. A korábbi vállalásoknak megfelelően tervezik be az autó javítását, ha valamit nem tudnak, akkor nem ködösítenek. Például elektronikát csak bizonyos szintig javítanak, nem szakterületük. A tulajdonosok kedves, középkorú házaspár. Minden autónkat ide vittük rendszeresen eddig, ajánlom mindenkinek őket!

Visited the shop with a simple request to be checked out. Something was loose at the engine bumpers and decided to ask for help. The lady at the front desk was kind enough to ask the shop manager(her husband) to check my issue out. He then asked me to let him take some spins with the car in order to diagnose the problem. He started the testing in a normal way(which I consider normal) but he ended up in testing the car for about 15 min in several parking lots, giving it serious shocks in order to hear better the sound made by the engine which you could only hear if you brutally force a start. After the test run, he asked me to come back in more than 4 hours, which I did, but when I got back he asked me to go end get my car fixed in some other shop as he didn't really had time to fix my problem. So I got some wasted time, A REALLY SERIOUS AND BRUTAL TEST at the end not a pleasant experience at all.

The owner and workers were very kind, but communication is not their best cuality, I was told to go there to resolve my issue, we talked several times on the phone, after I got there early in the morning, I was told they can not finish the repair in time. 🙁 It was a waste of time.

Nagyon megbízhatóak, nagyon jó árban dolgoznak. Mindig köszönöm a munkájukat
